1. General Terms

1.1 Use of Site: You may use Mentoryxalis content for personal learning and development. Unauthorized distribution or modification is prohibited.

1.2 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have consent from a guardian to enroll in our offerings.

2. Services Policy

2.1 Scope: Our services include live workshops, one-on-one coaching, and group sessions focused on ethical principles in economic practices.

2.2 Scheduling Changes: You may request a schedule change at least 5 days before the service start date. Requests are evaluated based on availability and subject to an administrative adjustment fee.

2.3 Cancellation: If you cancel at least 7 days in advance, we will approve a refund of the service fee minus a processing charge. After that window, the service fee is non-refundable, as preparation and resource allocation occur in advance.

3. Information Products Policy

3.1 Delivery: Digital materials are delivered via download or online access.

3.2 Eligibility for Refund: If you request a refund within 14 days of delivery and have accessed no more than 20% of the content, we will approve your request. This measure protects the integrity of our intellectual material.

3.3 Non-Eligible Cases: Requests made after 14 days or if more than 20% of content has been accessed will not be approved.

4. Goods Policy

4.1 Physical Items: Any tangible products may be refunded within 30 days of shipment if they remain unused and in original packaging.

4.2 Defective Items: For defective goods, please notify us within 30 days. We will cover the cost of approved refunds and any shipping charges incurred.

4.3 Late Requests: After 30 days from shipment, all goods-related requests are final and no adjustments will be made.

5. Refund Process

5.2 Review Period: We will review your request within 7 business days and notify you of the outcome.

5.3 Processing: Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment source. In certain cases, you may opt to apply the refunded amount as credit toward future offerings at Mentoryxalis.

6. No-Refund Services

Certain premium consultations or time-sensitive workshops are non-refundable due to immediate resource commitment. These offerings are clearly marked as non-refundable on the enrollment page, and by enrolling you acknowledge and agree to this condition.
